2.1- Evaluate 1
God's revelation is transmitted mediately through the church. The priests, the Eucharist, and the bible are all ways that his revelation is transmitted. If someone said that hid revelation is transmitted thought the bible and not the church, I would say that both of those are mediators. They both send us the word of God. You could even say that the priests mediate the revelations to us through the mediated church.
2.1- Analyze 2
God does not make us serve him. He gives us the choice of serving/believing in him. He reveals himself to us out of pure love. God loves everything on the Earth no matter what it has done. Even people who have committed mortal sins still have love from God. This loving connection is supernatural and cannot be broken.
2.1- Apply 2
Yes I find myself in an innate desire to know the truth. I always want to know what happening no matter good or bad. I try to only speak the truth but sometimes satan gets the best of me and I tell a lie. No human being is perfect and that includes me. The desire for truth shows itself in my life through my actions. I always want and try to do the right thing. The right thing isn't always the easiest thing but you should strive to do it.

God's painting
We can learn that God is the ultimate creator and can create anything he wants. God has only painted a very small portion of his canvas. He can paint the other part when he wants to.
